2.3 Modifications and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate services or features at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the services; relevant provisions continue to apply.

3.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit.

3.2 License to LynxCode

By uploading or submitting content, you grant LynxCode a worldwide, royalty-free license to operate, improve, promote, and develop services.

3.3 Content Responsibility

• You are responsible for your content. Do not submit:Infringing, illegal, or offensive content;
• Viruses or harmful code

3.4 Review

We may review, modify, or remove content at our discretion.

4.1 LynxCode IP

Services and all content are owned by LynxCode or licensors and protected by law.

4.2 Generated Content

Rights to content generated depend on your subscription plan. Free/basic plans may include watermarks; advanced/business plans grant broader rights.

4.3 Feedback

Feedback you provide is licensed to LynxCode for commercial use without compensation.

5.1 Subscription and Fees

We offer free and paid plans. Fees and terms are displayed during registration or on our website. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method.

5.3 Refunds

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. Contact us within 30 days for billing errors.

5.4 Price Changes

Price adjustments take effect after the current period ends; we will notify you in advance.

6.1 “As Is” Service

Services are provided “as is” without warranties.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

LynxCode AIGenerated content is provided “as is.” Users are responsible for validating content and compliance with laws and IP rights.

6.3 Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LynxCode and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6.4 Liability Cap

Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the past 12 months or 1,000 USD.
